Etiquette

​Booking & Deposits
All appointments must be scheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. A deposit, as listed on the website, is required to secure and confirm your booking. Deposits may be paid directly through the website or via a private invoice upon request. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable; however, they may be applied toward a future appointment if you need to reschedule.

 

Payments
The remaining balance is due prior to or at the very beginning of your scheduled appointment. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined herein.

Refund Policy
All payments made are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, whether partial or full. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
While flexibility is extended in understanding that unforeseen circumstances may arise, you are kindly asked to provide as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment. No-call, no-show appointments will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and the option to apply that deposit toward a future booking will no longer be available.

Punctuality & Time Management
Punctuality is greatly appreciated, particularly during tour dates when availability is limited. Appointments will begin and end at the originally scheduled time, regardless of late arrival. Late arrivals do not qualify for partial refunds or discounted rates. Extensions may be available at a rate of $150 per 30-minute interval, subject to availability.

Client Expectations & Conduct
Clients are expected to arrive clean, well-groomed, and presentable. Respect, courtesy, and appropriate behavior are required at all times. Any form of aggressive, inappropriate, or disrespectful conduct will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of the appointment without refund.

Screening & Verification
For safety and security purposes, all clients are required to complete a screening process prior to booking. This includes providing a valid photo ID along with a current selfie for verification. Alternatively, established references from verified platforms may be accepted in place of identification.

Legal Compliance
All services provided operate within the bounds of applicable laws. Any request or behavior that involves illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
